What data does PIM access?
PIM uses the following Android permissions to function:
- App Usage Access — to detect when a restricted app is opened. This data never leaves your device.
- Display Over Other Apps — to show the math challenge on top of restricted apps.
- Query Installed Apps — to display the list of apps you can restrict.
- Notifications — to show the persistent foreground service notification required by Android.
- Boot — to restart the monitoring service when your device reboots.
- Battery Optimization — to keep the service running reliably in the background.
Does PIM collect any personal data?
No. PIM does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only.
Does PIM use analytics or advertising?
No. PIM contains no analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind.
Does PIM share data with third parties?
No. PIM does not share any data with third parties because no data is collected in the first place.
